If you go to the nearest store and simply select the cheapest on the shelf it would satisfy your need for immediate gratification, but in the long run you are not likely to be very happy with your results. So, what about the elliptical? This has been a popular piece of fitness equipment in recent years, but it isn’t necessarily the best option if you really want to see dramatic results. The movement is not natural for the human body and it tends to be extremely low impact. This means it may work for someone with knee problems, but it won’t give the best workout in terms of real fitness progress.
The best equipment for your home will ultimately depend on your fitness goals, but think in terms of progress rather than price. You can always shop around for the lowest prices once you have determined the best type of equipment for you.
