I would recommend one to anyone looking to integrate full body workouts into their home workout routines.

The following equipment isn’t necessary, but add good variety to your home workout routines:

1)Pull-up / Chin-up bar: This is a fantastic, inexpensive piece of equipment. It is ideal for helping build the upper body, arms and abdominals.

For many, particularly beginners, pullups and chinups are too difficult to perform.
